Burl
2024
Made from storm-rescued Dark Walnut from Syracuse, New York, this piece was designed to stand out without overpowering the newly renovated kitchen. The incredible burlwood grain made it truly one of a kind. Brian had a strong eye for aesthetics and wanted a statement piece for his home that not only looks amazing, but concealed a dormer that was protruding into the kitchen. Despite this projects challenges it was a fun build and a great collaboration.

Bread Board
2024
This handcrafted dining table was custom built for my clients Connecticut home, using reclaimed American Chestnut which is a rare and highly sought after hardwood species that’s been extinct for nearly a century. Each element was salvaged from various dismantled structures in Connecticut and carefully reworked to highlight the natural characteristics and rich patina that can only come with age.

Book Match
2024
Made from stunning Dark Walnut, this dining table was the perfect addition to my client's historic home, bringing a modern touch while respecting the character of the space. One of the design elements that really stands out is the book-matched grain which is carried through both the top and legs, creating a seamless flow. Finished with a VOC free hard wax / oil. One of my favorite projects to date.

Lotus
2024
Guided by the expressive grain of tulipwood, this handcrafted organizer box brings a grounded, organic presence to any space. Its shape follows the natural flow of the material, allowing the wood itself to lead the design.
Each compartment is custom carved for intentional use, with balanced proportions and smooth transitions that prioritize both form and function. At its center, an epoxy pour encases real blue lotus flowers, offering a quiet yet powerful design detail. The petals are left just slightly raised above the surface, adding a tactile quality that invites closer interaction.
